Chastain Construction is breaking ground on the new Delta Pharmacy at East Bay and Calhoun Street.  This ground-up, 2-floor, multi-use building will include the 1,955 square foot pharmacy on the first floor and a 1,978 square foot residential space on the second floor.  Included is onsite parking, a bonus to any business in downtown Charleston.  This project involved a great deal of preconstruction planning and coordination, and we are excited to get started,
