Commercial Renovation — Starfish Grille
Location: 520 Folly Road
The Starfish Grille, a seafood restaurant formerly of Folly Beach, relocated to James Island and is now located at 520 Folly Road. A complete interior restaurant upfit was performed by Chastain Construction, Inc. including a complete kitchen redesign and installation of all new stainless steel kitchen equipment. The HVAC, electrical systems and plumbing were also included in the renovation of this space. The interior finishes include a custom wood bar, bead board walls, stained concrete flooring, black acoustic ceiling tiles, intricate wood work and decorative wall sconces. The finished product provides a soothing beach feel with some modern accents.
