Kevin Townsend

President / Project Manager

One of the founding members of Chastain Construction, Kevin Townsend has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry.  Kevin’s expertise is in medical construction where he has extensive training and experience. As Project Manager, Kevin implements and executes all Indefinite Delivery Contracts with various medical facilities.  A graduate of Elon College, Kevin is an active firefighter for the Sullivan’s Island Volunteer Fire Department and is a member of East Cooper Baptist Church.

Liston Guerry

Vice President / Project Manager

 Liston Guerry is a native of Charleston and serves as Project Manager for Chastain Construction.  A proud graduate of Clemson University, Liston has over 20 years of commercial construction experience. Liston has brought a wealth of knowledge, experience and maturity to the Chastain team.  He is a great problem-solver and believes in a hands-on approach when leading his teams. He has served as the lead on countless significant and large projects for Chastain Construction, Inc.  Liston is an active member of both Mount Pleasant Presbyterian Church where he serves on The Session and the Hibernian Society of Charleston.

Andy Pelland
Estimator

A graduate of Clemson University with a bachelor's degree in Building Science & Construction Management, Andy Pelland has over 24 years of experience in the construction industry.  His experience includes new home and heavy timber construction, historic restoration, and construction project management.  For the last 12 years, Andy has focused on sales, estimating, and preconstruction services.  He is able to rely on historic data from a wide array of past projects to provide detailed, realistic estimates, and find creative ways to save project costs, value engineer scope, and work out problem areas before breaking ground.
