Chastain Construction is proud to have been a part of the interior renovation project for the Addlestone Library at the College of Charleston. Our team worked tirelessly to ensure that the project was executed with the highest level of professionalism and attention to detail. The scope of the project included a new terrazzo top circulation desk, a beautifully crafted curved rulon slat ceiling, and the installation of various other interior finishes such as doors, frames, hardware and sidelight glass, metal framing, gypsum board, ceramic tile, acoustical ceiling tile, cork tile flooring, resilient tile flooring, interior paint, fire protection, HVAC modifications, electrical and lighting. We are committed to providing exceptional quality and value to our clients, and we are proud to have delivered a beautifully renovated library that will serve the College of Charleston community for years to come.
