Kevin Townsend

President / Project Manager

Kevin Townsend is a native of Chesapeake, Virginia. Kevin is the President of Chastain Construction, Inc., and also serves as a Project Manager for the firm. Kevin is a graduate of Elon College with a Bachelor of Science in History. He has extensive medical construction training and experience, with over 25 years of restoration construction experience. Kevin is also one of the founding partners of Chastain Construction, Inc.

Kevin Townsend has been appointed to the Carolinas Associated General Contractors and State of South Carolina Joint Committee for our states construction industry. He is also the Presidnet of the Sullivan's Island Fire & Resuce and is a member of East Cooper Baptist Church.

Cameron Drolet

Vice President / General Contractor / Estimator

Cameron Drolet is a native of Charleston, South Carolina and lifelong resident of the Lowcountry. Cameron is the Executive Vice President of Chastain Construction, Inc., and also serves as the Senior Project Manager and Head Estimator for the firm. He has over 20 years of commercial and medical construction experience as one of the founding partners of Chastain Construction, Inc.

Bryan Finch

Project Manager

Bryan graduated from the College of Charleston with a degree in English Lit. He started with the company in 2010 and comes with 11 years of experience.

Dennis Harris

Superintendent

Dennis graduated from the University of Cincinnati. He started with the company in 2005 and has 31 years of experience in construction.

Michael Drolet

Superintendent

Michael graduated from Clemson University with a degree in industrial technology. He also has a masters from Charleston Southern in Education. He started with the company in 2001 and has 28 years of experience.

Liston Guerry

Project Manager

Liston graduated from Clemson University with a degree in industrial management. He started with the company in 2011 and has 8 years of experience.

Bob Lisi, ra

Project Development / Estimator

Bob graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Architecture degree. He has 20 years of architectural experience and over 7 years of construction management experience.

Brian Odum

Project Manager/Superintendent

Brian graduated from Clemson University with a degree in Construction Science and Management.  He has 13 years in construction experience.  Brian is a member of Associated Builders and Contractors and he is a certified EIFS Insdustry Professional. 

Lewis White

Superintendent

Lewis graduated from Clemson University with a degree in Construction Science and Management.  He also had a minor in Business Administration.  His experience includes being a Field Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, and Project Safety Manager.  He is has an OSHA 30-Hour Certification and an AIC Associate Construction Certficiation.  Lewis is also a volunteer firefighter for the Sullivan's Island Fire and Rescue. 

Russell Dowdy

Superintendent

Russell Dowdy, a native of Charleston, South Carolina, joined the team of Chastain Construction, Inc. in April of 2000.  Russell is a Project Supervisor and has over 25 years of experience in the commercial construction industry. He attended Clemson University and The Citadel.  Russell has extensive commercial construction experience with an emphasis on dental and historical renovation projects.  Russell serves as the Safety Director for Chastain Construction Inc. Russell loves the outdoors.  He is involved with several civic organizations in Charleston
